What is the Research Associate position?
At Voice Study Centre, we’re passionate about innovative research and facilitating ideas. We’ve created the Research Associate position to fund an opportunity for qualified individuals to undertake a micro research project. The project must be completed in 3 months and produce a tangible resource that has the potential to cover the cost of the project. An example would be an online course based on the research, or some other innovative income stream. A successful outcome will enable investment into further research projects and the possibility of contract extension.

Duration:
You will be employed as a Research Associate for 3 months, in which you are contractually obliged to have completed your research project by the end of the contract.
Contract:
Being employed under a 0.2 FTE / International Freelance Contract, means that your workload will be equivalent to 20% of a full-time position. This means that you will be working 8 hours per week (1 working day) over the duration of the 3 months.

Salary:
This position is paid £45,000 / $63,000 pro rata. Therefore, you will be paid the part-time wage for this role, which is £2,250 / $3,150 over the 3-month period.
