Dan Cassin is a vocalist, performer, and creative strategist with over a decade of experience in musical theatre and live entertainment. His work bridges the disciplines of voice, performance, and physical wellness, informed by his unique dual expertise as a singer and licensed massage therapist. Currently performing as a resident guest entertainer with Princess Cruises, Daniel brings first-hand insight into the physiological and artistic demands placed on high-performance vocalists.

He holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from NYU Tisch and an MSc in Leadership for Creative Enterprises from Northwestern University, where his interdisciplinary research explored the intersection of live entertainment and data analytics. His academic and professional journeys reflect a commitment to innovation, holistic voice care, and evidence-based pedagogy.

As a candidate in voice pedagogy, Dan is particularly interested in the role of bodywork in optimizing vocal function and in exploring pedagogical approaches to vocal performance within a university setting. His proposed research explores the impact of postural muscle soft tissue manipulation during vocal warm-ups on reducing phonation threshold pressure (PTP) and mitigating pre-performance anxiety.
