Her recent paper, "Impacts of the Relax Breathe Harmonise Program in Yorkshire, UK," reflects on a 10-week specialist online program for people living with Long COVID. The article details the programme's foundation in evidence-based practices and its potential to offer significant cost savings to health services. The programme was designed in consultation with NHS respiratory physiotherapists, Long COVID teams, and individuals with lived experience.
