Anupa is a voice coach, singing performance coach, and choral trainer with a passion for helping professionals use their voice with clarity, confidence, and presence. At VSC, she completed her MA in Voice Pedagogy with distinction in 2022. Her coaching practice, which she offers both online and in-person, combines evidence-based vocal technique with mindset and somatic tools. Anupa works with a diverse range of clients, from executives and educators to creatives, assisting them in enhancing vocal tone and stamina, reducing vocal fatigue, and communicating with ease under pressure. Her expertise lies in helping people sound like their best selves, whether they are leading meetings or delivering keynotes.

As a dedicated researcher and teacher, Anupa's professional interests include somatic learning and skill acquisition in singers, music performance anxiety, and the use of Acceptance and Commitment Coaching for performance enhancement. She also holds the position of Secretary for the NATS India chapter.

Her recent research highlights her commitment to these areas. In her paper, Acceptance and commitment coaching for music performance anxiety in adolescent singers, published in Frontiers in Psychology, Anupa and her co-authors explore the development of a coaching framework for singing teachers. The study, which utilised semi-structured interviews and questionnaires, was designed to determine if Acceptance and Commitment coaching could be effectively used with adolescent singers experiencing music performance anxiety. This period of life, marked by significant physical and emotional changes, presents a unique opportunity to instil healthy coping strategies in young singers, preventing them from dropping out of their training during voice change and identity development.
